With over two decades of experience across the energy, environment, and sustainability sectors, he has founded and led multiple companies and advisory firms, helping organizations turn complex challenges into sustainable growth opportunities. His work spans policy reform, institutional design, and infrastructure development, advising governments, international organizations, and private investors across the region. Before co-founding NUWA Ventures Partners, Mohamad led strategic initiatives and projects that connected public goals with private innovation. He holds a European Master’s in Project Management of Energy & Environment Engineering from Ecole des Mines (France) and the Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden), and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.

Mustapha Koaik has over 15 years of experience in geospatial intelligence, computer vision, and AI technologies. Before co-founding Nuwa Venture Partners, he was responsible for sales and market growth in the MENA region.
